Your tools stay in place.
Connected to your tools, with no migration: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive), Google Workspace, any IMAP mailbox, CalDAV calendars, Salesforce, SAML 2.0 SSO. The rest of your IT systems connect through our API, scoped with you at onboarding.
Email and contacts
Each staff member connects their mailbox: Outlook, Gmail or any IMAP/SMTP mailbox (Infomaniak, etc.). Contacts read from Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Access can be revoked at any time.
Calendars
Any CalDAV-compatible calendar (Infomaniak, iCloud, etc.), connected with an app password.
Documents for the knowledge base
Read-only: your documents feed the agents' knowledge base.
CRM
The applicant's record informs the reply and is updated after each approved message goes out (last contact, stage). Connected through OAuth.
Single sign-on (SSO)
Your teams sign in with their usual account, through any SAML identity provider: Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta or Shibboleth, for example.
Your in-house tools
A tool at your institution calls the agents with a dedicated API key. Every call is logged.
The rest of your IT systems
SIS, LMS, another CRM: they connect through our API or an export, scoped with you at onboarding.
